How to Delete Your Account
You have two options to request the deletion of your account:
1. In-App Deletion (Recommended Method)
The easiest and fastest way to delete your account is directly within the Decisero app:
- Open the main menu (hamburger icon).
- Navigate to the “My Account” screen.
- Tap the large red “Delete Account” button.
- Confirm your decision.
2. Deletion via Email
If you no longer have access to the app, you can request account deletion by sending an email to our support team:

- Body: Please include the email address associated with your Decisero account to help us identify it.
Data Deletion Policy
What data is deleted?
Upon successful completion of your account deletion request, we will permanently remove all personally identifiable information associated with your account from our active databases. This includes:
- Your email address and authentication credentials.
- Your saved flow history (for premium users).
- Your saved Pro/Con analyses and user-defined flows.
- Any feedback you have submitted that is directly linked to your account.
What data may be retained?
We may retain fully anonymized, non-personal usage data (e.g., feature usage statistics, crash reports that contain no personal information) for analytical purposes to improve the stability and functionality of the app. This data cannot be linked back to you or your deleted account in any way.
Data Retention & Deletion Period
The automated deletion process is initiated immediately after your request. All of your personal data will be permanently removed from our active systems within a timeframe of 30 days.
